Public Institution “Future Sport”, together with expert coach Rubén Gómez Saiz, has developed the first methodological material in Lithuania for padel coaches – “Systematic Padel Coaching” – published in the Lithuanian language.
The publishing of the material was organized by Future Sport.

The goal of Future Sport and Rubén Gómez Saiz is not only to teach future coaches the full ABCs of padel coaching, but also to provide them with practical knowledge of communication, behavior, and real-life situation handling – all of which a padel coach faces on the court.

Coach education & Developement

Training sessions are led by Rubén Gómez together with assistant Egidijus Gudavičius.
We prepare players to become coaches.
An official certificate is awarded upon course completion.
